Because we currently only sell through Amazon, your order will be sent out from their warehouse and we won't able to see any further details or any tracking on our system. Because of that you would need to contact Amazon directly for help with this. If they give you any trouble just let us know and we'll see what we can do from our end.
To contact Amazon about your order follow the steps below. The options you are presented at the end will depend on the time you are contacting them, live chat is usually available during working hours.

2. Either click on 'Start Chatting now' to be put through to an automated system, which will also give you the option to speak to an adviser if the automated system can't resolve the issue. Alternatively you can select 'we can call you' to speak to someone on the phone.
3. You might also need to select your Sandy Leaf Farm order in one of the above two steps to make sure the system knows which item you have an issue with.
