Unfortunately we don't sell the casings or seasonings separately, however below are a couple of ways to make your own.
To replicate the effect of the casing you can mould the meat into a log shape and then wrap in non-stick baking paper, tying at each end with a little string.
We would encourage you to try and make your own signature kebab seasoning blend. While we don't give out our own house recipe, we're happy to set you off in the right direction! The basic ingredients are garlic powder, salt and ground cumin, but you can add anything from mixed herbs to smoked paprika to give it extra dimensions.
